When each reservation is requested you'll receive a personal phone call, text message and/or email. You will always have a chance to confirm each booking before we finalize the reservation. You'll receive only quality booking requests, due to our inquiry process and a small refundable fee asked of clients. When we contact you we have a guest who is ready, willing and able to make a booking. We also enable our customers to feel secure in their request, knowing that Pacific Reservations can always connect them with a great stay.
