Terms of Service

Seattle Bed & Breakfast is the brand operated by: A Pacific Reservation Service LLC. Throughout this explanation of terms of service the business entity is referred to as "Pacific Reservations" for readability.

1. Address Information:

   We provide cross streets only. The exact address is only given within a completed reservation. This is a matter of privacy policy for property owners and professional protection of Pacific Reservations.

2. Children:

   Kids are not free at most locations. Also be sure to double check children are allowed before you reserve. You are expected to be honest and forthcoming regarding your party size. You will not receive a refund if you fail to mention children staying in a location that does not allow it. You may also be fined for children who are not mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Property Specific Terms:

   Each property has its own policies which must be understood by the guest before making a reservation. These often include but are not limited to: cancellation policy, payment types accepted, smoking policy, etc. All policies are explained on the rental's webpage as well as the reservation confirmation. It is the guest's responsibility to read these terms and understand that a finalized reservation is an agreement of these terms. If you do not receive your emailed confirmation for any reason it is the responsibility of the guest to notify Pacific Reservations. Policies are summarized in confirmation emails and are considered helpful reminders and a way to catch any misunderstandings, not the binding or full version.

4. Fees:

   All reservations are charged a refundable $5 booking fee. Should your reservation (ie: your booking confirmation, not a stay as a result of a cancellation etc.) fail to be finalized for any reason due to Pacific Reservations, the fee will be refunded and/or never charged. If the stay in cancelled by the customer the fee will not be refunded.

5. Deposits & Payments:

   Deposits must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Deposits are only refundable according to the cancellation policy of the specific property. Each property also has it's own deposit level. Final balance payments are paid to the property owner. Payment types vary and can be found on each individual rental's page.

6. Damage:

   Any and all fees or penalties for property damage are decided by the property owner. All funds regarding damage are collected by the property itself. Pacific Reservations does not handle or arrange damage fees.
