How many reservations can you get me?
I'm considering listing my home on your website. Do you guarantee a minimum number of bookings I can expect to receive?
Of course we never guarantee a set number of reservations because there are so many variables that effect the outcome: location, rate, time of year, photo quality, room size, etc. We can tell you that the majority of owners notice a 10-20% boost in sales in the first year. Our most popular properties are located within Seattle City limits and are on a busline. The top 20 properties all book at least two months ahead for summer weekends.
