Deposit: Your first night's stay ($175) due at time of booking.
Per Month:
$2500 per month
Deposit: Your first month's stay ($2500) plus 4% processing fee ($100) due at time booking.
Cleaning fee: $250
Damage Deposit (refundable): $500

Policies
Minimum Stay: three months
For Stays 2-14 nights = At time of booking we require a one night deposit. Cancellation notice must be given 14 days prior to the reservation check- in date and will be assessed a $25 service fee. If cancellation occurs after the allowed cancellation period your deposit will be kept by the owner.
For Stays Longer than 2 weeks = At time of booking we require a $2600 deposit. Cancellation notice must be given 30 days prior to the reservation check- in date and will be assessed a $550 service fee. If cancellation occurs after the allowed cancellation period your full deposit will be kept by the owner.
