Cancellation Policy: Dashwood Manor is a small, family operated business with a limited number of individually unique rooms. We depend on our secure, advance reservations for continued, successful operation of the business. We ask that you kindly notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation so we can rebook the room. We encourage you to discuss trip cancellation insurance with your travel agent.

Reservations for stays of 1 to 3 nights: cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of the full cost of one night's stay. Any cancellation made up to 14 days prior to arrival will result in an administrative charge of $40 plus tax.
Reservations for stays of 4 to 6 nights: your reservation will be confirmed by a non-refundable charge of the full cost of one night's stay. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival may result in a charge of 50% of the stay.
Reservations for stays longer than 6 nights: your reservation will be confirmed by a non-refundable charge of the full cost of three night's stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the stay.
Reservations for stays a month or longer: your reservation will be confirmed by a non-refundable charge of the full cost of one week's stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the stay. If we are able to rebook the room, you will be reimbursed according to the number of room nights rebooked.

Reservations for a single night: cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of the full cost of the stay. Any cancellation made up to 14 days prior to arrival will result in an administrative charge of $40 plus tax per room booked.
Reservations for multiple rooms: your reservation will be confirmed by a non-refundable charge of the full cost of one night's stay per room booked. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival may result in a charge of 50% of the stay.
