The kitchen is roomy and the appliances are top-of-the-line. You can easily seat a party of ten to twelve at the dinner table. Best of all, the Oasis is luxurious without being formal. The huge front porch is equipped with a comfy sofa and offers an ideal place for reading and lounging outdoors, even on a rainy day.

Minimum rental is for 3 night stay for off-season and 7 night stay for summer and holiday season. Renters are welcome to stay for just 1 night at The Oasis, but will incur a 3 night stay charge during off season and a 7 night stay charge during on season. Event pricing available upon request.
Prices are the same for 1-10 guests staying at The Oasis. More than 10 guests do require special permission. Maximum capacity with couch and bean bag sleeping is 10 people.
Please note that standard cleaning fee per week's stay is $175, and tax rate is 13.5%.

Cancellation Policy: 

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be released from the remainder of the payment. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than sixty (60) days from the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent unless the unit can be re-rented in which case 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded per day re-rented.
