Policies
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Reservations will be confirmed with first night deposit. Extended stays require a 50% deposit. Because we are located on a small, remote island, cancellations greatly affect our business. Therefore refunds will be made, minus a 20% cancellation fee, for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to reservation date. For deposit refunds within the 14 days before arrival, we need to re-rent the room. No refunds will be made on arrival day cancellations.
