Base Price: $95.00 /night depending on season.
Two guest maximum, two night minimum stay.
A futon is available as a second bed for $15/night extra. Use of the futon only with prior owner permission. Should you want to use the futon as a bed you must notify us of such at time of booking.
Winter rates (Oct. 1 - April 30) - $95/night.
Summer rates (May 1 - Sept. 30) - $105/night.
