NIGHTLY STAYS:
- Accepted May through September only
- $300 a night plus tax.
- $50 cleaning fee
- 3 Night Minimum / No smoking, No pets, No parties
- 4% Processing Fee Applies to All Credit and/or Debit card payments.
MONTHLY STAYS:
- $3600 a month/$150 cleaning fee: February, March, April
- $3800 a month/$150 cleaning fee: May, September, October, November, December & January
- $4400 a month/$150 cleaning fee: June, July and August
- 4% Processing Fee Applies to All Credit and/or Debit card payments.
- Deposit amounts vary based on length of stay.
Availability
Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will be refunded the deposit amount minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 29 -14 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the check in date, the full reservation amount must be paid.
Cancellations made during the stay for any reason, the full reservation amount must be paid.
If you leave without paying all or part of the balance, the card you booked with will be charged for that balance immediately. Processing fees are not refundable at any time.
