Base Price: $245.00 /night depending on season.
A two-night minimum stay is required between September 1 and May 28.
A three-night minimum stay is required between May 29 and August 31.

Minimum Stay: 3 nights
A $35 cancellation fee applies. Remaining deposit amounts are fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or more before your arrival date. Refunds on “late” cancellations (less than 30 days before your arrival date), are available only if we are able to rent the cottage on those dates, otherwise a 50% refund is offered. “NO SHOWS” forfeit the entire amount due.
