Deposit minus 6% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be re-rented. Refunds will be based on the number of days covered by the original rental that can be re-rented.

Past Reviews

This place was the perfect accommodation during our visit to Seattle. The views from the master bedroom and downstairs areas were absolutely breathtaking. The home and its amenities met our needs very well. The location was perfect: easy to find and relatively close from Sea-Tac airport, close to our family in Normandy Park, and an easy drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were great and generous about a late check-out since there were no incoming guests on the day of our check-out. I would definitely stay here again!
